I don't know how we even got on the subject, but the other day Seth said that sometime I need to bake an Upside Down Pineapple cake. Well, I have never made one before, so I was up for the challenge. I didn't cheat with a box I made it from scratch...It looks a little ugly but I was told it tasted good! After the boys (Seth, Brian and Ty) there was only one piece left. Senica had her normal bowl of ice cream! ;)
